我在一小公司，hib，第四年。太太是H4但可以随时F1。
我有一个NIW140已经批准。
我公司刚给提交eb1b 140.
公司随时可能没了，也许就这几周。怎么保持身份？
一旦最坏的情况发生，我所能想到的：1 我太太我F1，我f2或者b2，但是怕NIW140而有移民倾向不批。

2 我自己挂语言学校，也怕移民倾向。

3 申请EB1B加急，
-Doable.
听说一旦450能提交会有180天可以待着找工作？有谁能给确证一下？
-You may file I-485 now if you have the I-140 receipt if necessary (need to file I-485 before the company close). After you file your I-485, you can stay in US legally (you can apply for the EAD with the I-485 filing).
4 实在没办法，回国再申请这边工作。
最好的处理方式是什么，
-Look for a new job now and then, do the H1 transfer. If your H1 transfer approval has no I-94 due to the status gap, you still can go back to China to get the H1 visa to come back. So, not need to be panic.
