如果我以旅游签证B-2来美国，能否在美国转成学生身份？

-Yes.

如果可以，这个手续麻烦吗？

-No. Get the I-20 from the school and then, file I-539. Talk to the school internationaL student office and they will help you and tell you how to do.

我可以一直呆在美国而不需要回中国吗？

-Yes until you finish F1 study if F1 is approved.
