回复：现在USCIS能查Case状态吗?

这几天，我查了我爸妈移民Case的状态，结果总是“Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status”， 以前还是可以的，

是他们系统出了问题，

还是怎么了？

-If your parents have filed the I-485 for a long time (e.g. months), they may contact USCIS. Otherwise, may just wait for a while because USCIS needs some time to put the status online. Anyway, online status check does not matter to your actual status situation sometimes.
