Thanks 拖拉机手,

 I got the letter from my Institute already, I am thinking when should I file it to Chinese consulate, because I probably will go back Chine in Mar or April, 2012 for my research project. So I don't know what I should do next. Looking for answers from 8. PJ or any other masters.
