现在我面临大问题。我是加拿大公民。3星期前在H-1b pending状况下去加拿大被拒入境美国，于是立即改签TN入境 （按理说H-1b pending已被取消）。现收到H-1b approved letter. 因此现实上我有两个签证。

可是CBP官员说一个人不能同时有两个签证。

-Just check the H1 I-94 effective date on the H1 approval notice and compare it with your TN I-94 effective date (the date you entered US from Canada). Based on the last action rule, if the H1 I-94/status effective date is later than your TN status effective date, your current status is H1, not TN. Otherwise, your current status is TN, not H1.
