The doc told me that mark will not affect my application, but I may receive RFE, about follow up treatment.

-Did that Dr. give you some suggestions for some kind of treatment in the I-693? If no, USCIS might not send you RFE.

so I think maybe it's better find another Doc. And I don't need to do TB test and x-ray again, right?

-You may talk to another Dr. about your situation to see whether the new Dr. can select "No class A or Class B Conditions".  Otherwise, the new Dr. may do the same way as the first one. I do not have a good suggestion because I am not a medical Dr.
