妈妈９月来美国， 现在１２月申请绿卡会不会太晚了？

-Fine. There is never 太晚 for your mother to apply for the green card.

如果签证到期（３月初２０１２年），绿卡还没批，那妈妈在美国的身份是否合法？

-Yes.

另外我入籍时改了名字， 怎么提供法庭证明？
-Does your passport/US citizenship certificate have both your old name and new name? If yes, a copy of the passport or the Citizenship certificate is OK. If no, you may go to your local court to get the certificate.

我自己原来开的出生公证（１０年前的）上还是原来的名字。 是否要从新做一个？
-Not need.
