N-400 Part2 Eligibility 问题

请问关于N-400 part 2 eligibility “OTHER” 选项问题，我2007年9月取得绿卡（至今中间2009年有一次离境九个月），老婆2008年8月正式公民，现在公司要派老婆到国内管理业务，问是否符合M-476里面第22页左边下面要求 （An employee of an American-owned firm or corporation engaged in the development of foreign trade and commerce

for the United States;）--公司大小有何要求？在出国前可以提出公民入籍？
