Of course, I did not use AND and it is a simple math. If you follow the instructions strictly and use OR,

you will derive the following: If D is true, you have to stop and cannot apply even though you are a spouse of a US citizen becuase you have already found that one (part D) of them is true. - No, sth is incorrect here

If ( (D or E or F) AND (not being spouse of USC) ) then ineligible
