-May be a copule of months, depends on how busy the USCIS ASC center. By the way, you can not control/select the reschedule timing and USCIS will send you a new appointment notice. It seems to me your parents's AP nearly expires because 回美纸批了一年的. So, they may need to apply for a new one for the travel.
他们想在国内多住些日子。
2）如果在回美纸上的日子之外回来有问题吗？
-The Advanced paorle (AP) maxium is one year from the date it is issued. Check the expiration date on the AP and they have to come back to US before the AP expires.
以前忘了好像在哪里看到说有了回美纸在境外最多可以2年？
-That is reentry permit (RP) for the green card holder, not AP for the I-485 applicant (e.g. your parents).
可是回美纸两张都是一年的。回美纸在出境的时候也用吗？
-No if it expires.
3）他们的签证还没有过期，离境的时候还需要交1-94吗？ 如果在签证有效期入境的话，回美纸还用吗？
-They need to turn in their I-94s to the airlines as everyone does if they leave US. They can not use the B2 visa anymore because they have the immigration intent (I-485 filing). If they leave US without AP, their I-485 will be void and they also can not enter US using B2 visa due to immigration intent. So, they only can apply for the immigration visa in China by filing I-824 which may take one to two years.
