You are using AND logic operation. But the 485 instructons are using OR logic operation. They say if one of D, E，and F is ture, then it is not eligible to apply.

I guess these instructions are misleading and do not refelct the origianl INA. Maybe Parts D and E sholud be deleted as they are contained in Part F.
