朋友(不会撤H1)， 我想从file I-539上去就不去工作了， 如被据了我想也随时可以回去再工作如原H1还有效的话。
-Technically when you do not work for the employer, your H1 status is invalid. But practically, USCIS may not realize it and thus, you still can go back to work for the employer to keep your H1 status if the employer does not terminate the H1.
