当初上学时，去过加拿大，但当天就回来了。护照上有加拿大的签证和入境时间，但回美国时，边境官员既没有在护照上签字，也没有盖章,也就是护照上没有返回美国的时间。后来，也没有回过国。所以，实际上我有两个进入美国的时间：最初从国内进入美国的时间，以及从加拿大返回美国的时间。这种情况下，I-485 上的“Date of Last Arrival“ 该如何填？

-Use the date your last entry from China because you did not submit the old I-94 to the CBP when you sent to Canada and get the new I-94 when you returned from Canada.

按理说，应该是从加拿大返回美国的时间，因为这是最近的时间。然而，由于护照上没有从加拿大返回美国的时间，填这个时间，就变成非法入境了。

-You worry too much. If USCIS ask this question by RFE, just tell them you used the automatic visa revalidation rule for the travel.
