本人H4,485 pending, 用EAD 工作了一年（现在不工作了），H4即将到期。请问能否再延期H4？

-You can try, but I don't think you need to extend it (waste money). As long as your spouse keep the H1 valid, you can go to China to get the H4 visa if your I-485 is denied. Just apply for the AP for travel to China and EAD to work.

 配偶是485主申请人，一直用H1工作，从未用过EAD。
