请教: 急! EB1A I140 RFE notice 一个月还没收到, 怎么办? 会错过deadline for RFE 吗?

10月17日收到USCIS email 和text message, 通知I140 stauts update: 中心会寄出RFE通知. 现在已经过去一个月, 一直没收到邮件. 其间 (11月3日 )打电话到服务中心,他们opened an service request for re-mail.到现在还是没收到RFE notice. 不知道一般RFE 的回复期限是多久; 很担心这个延误导致错过deadline. 请问有谁有类似的经历, 请帮助! 多谢!!
