1.如果L1A签证,想申请绿卡,现在本人提交1-140和1-485. 老婆和孩子是家属随从签证,想一起申请绿卡,他们每个人也要填1-485就可以吗.

-Yes. Each person need to file his/her own I-485. Send all the I-485s together in one envelop.

还需要填写其它的表格吗?

-Not need this document.

3,出生证明,在美国哪里可以

-If you do not have original 出生证, you need to go to China to get the 出生公证 as most people do.
