我如果找了别的律师， 准备好了所有的资料，所有资料属实，公司的人事可以因为我没有用公司律师而不给我签字吗？

-No. I-485 filing has nothing to do with your employer and you can file it by yourself or hire a lawyer by your own. All you need from your employer is the copy of the I-140 approval notice.
