谢谢回答，我有I-140 approval notice.

除了I-485,还有其他表格要填吗？譬如说申请返美纸，工卡等？能不能在哪儿找到一个list，都要求有哪些材料？

-You need to file I-485, G-325A and I-693 (physical exam report from the Dr.), and option to file I-131 (for AP-返美纸) and I-765 (for EAD-工卡). Send all of these forms with the support documents together to the USCIS I-485 filing address.

    实在是不懂，本来合同写好是律师办的，现在律师退休了，真不知道怎么弄。
