NIW I-140排期2009年1月，

本来律师有义务帮提交I485，问题是现在律师回国养老去了。(纽约，SUN P.L.)

急问，第二步要交哪些表格？ 我要交哪些（主申请人），老婆要交哪些。 费用是多少，我们在加州，要交到那个center?

-You need to wait for your priority date becomes current to file your I-485s (all members of your family) and it seems still long time to go. You do not need the lawyer if you have the NIW I-140 approval notice in your hand.

All of your family need to file I-485 (one person files one I-485), the filing fee is $1070 total for each adult and child <14 is $635 if the child I-485 is filed together with the parent.
