PD是8/08, 140是10/09月。对这么久以前批准的case，如果不交雇佣确认信，是否很可能收到RFE让补充呢？

还有如果自己DIY，那么有任何消息，移民局是通知公司还是直接通知我们呢？

-You. I-485 has nothing to do with your employer or the old lawyer (unless you hire the lawyer for your I-485 case in G-28).
