叩问两位老师关于NIW 485 RFE

NIW I140 was approved, I485 was filed in July 2007. Just received I485 RFE asking for employment verification letter. I never changed job and my position is the permanent. I have two questions:

1. Should I refer to AC21 like others who changed job in the response letter, or simply state that I stay with the same employer and in the same research filed?

2. For this request, "The letter should also indicate whether the terms and conditions of your employment-based visa petition (or labor certification) continue to exist", is it sufficient to say in the EVL that they will continue to hire me upon 485 approval or they need to say something about the qualification to NIW?
