而且当时因为母亲已过世，只公证与父亲的亲属关系！父亲如今也去世了。但现在准备submit485的材料，发现这个问题。

这样的亲属公证是不行的吧？

-Correct. You need to have the 出生公证 for your I-485. 出生公证 should indicate your both parents' names (who are your parents even if they passed away), your birhdate (when you were born), and the place of your birth (where you were born).
