我有不同公司的 H-1B petition Recipt Notices. 在公司A干了两个月后，公司A的 H-1B petition 被拒了, 只有公司B的 H-1B petition 被批准了.

我是在公司A非法打过工了吗？

-No, you are legal to work during the H1 petition pending. Keep the H1 filing receipt and the denial notice in you record in case USCIS ask you this issue in the furture and then. you can justtify it.
