请教皮老师和8老师！关于移民局的回信

我是附申请人，我的485是去年9月和我LG的140一起投的。今天7月我LG又投了另了一个EB1B申请，当月就批准了。现在已经过去了快4个月，发信给移民局，要求RELINK 485。下面附上的是移民局的回复：

Based on your request we researched thestatus of this case. We are actively processing this case. However, we haveto perform additional review on this case and this has caused a longerprocessing time. If you do not receive a decision or other notice of actionfrom us within 6 months of this letter, please call customer service at thenumber provided below.

请问，这封信要我再等6个月，真的嘛？？？发信的这个人是移民官？ 这种情况我要怎么办？
