我的priority date 是Sep. 24, 2008. 假设我的绿卡在 Feb. 2012 current 并且交了485.

如果March. 2012 priority date 倒退到 Dec. 2011,

 

我的女儿可以在March. 2012 交 485 吗?

-Your child only can file I-485 when your PD is current.  If the USCIS PD cut-off dtae  倒退 results in your PD is not current, your child can not file I-485.
