We are trying to get these g325a 's finished, I have searched the forums but no luck. Here are the questions:

What is the FILE NUMBER A on the top right of the form? What do I do here?

-Leave it blank.

My HUSBAND is naturalized citizen, his certificate of naturalization has two #, one is No.xxxxxxx(7digits) another is Axxxxxxxxx(9digits). Which one should be used?

-THis "No.xxxxxxx(7digits)" is the number of certificate of naturalization#. The Axxxxxxxxx(9digits) is your spouse's green card# and it is useless now.
