EB3的140批了后，申请了h1b的三年延期（因为h1b的六年已经用完了）。想换工作然后换成EB2, 可以做h1b transfer吗？

-You may use the premium processing to get the H1 transfer (3 years duration) approved and then, go to work for the new employer. So, even if the old company withdraw the I-140, your H1 is still valid for three years. Then, your new company can file PERM/I-140 for you and you can continue to extend your H1 after 3 years using the new approved I-140 or PERM.
