我家的情况跟你的情况一模一样，问了律师，给的答复是这样的：“You may ignore the listed priority date as this has nothing to do with the adjudication process of your wife's AOS application. USCIS recently started using these new I-797 forms and some information that is listed is irrelevant. The priority date would only pertain to you and the I-140 petition that would be filed on your behalf. As your wife did not have an I-140 petition filed with this application, you may ignore this listed date. ”

有些副申请人485收据的PD还是空白的，所以无论是空白还是有日期的，都不用去理睬，副申请人的PD是以主申请人的为准的，不用太担心啦。
