我拿到一个国内的offer。但在美国已经递交了I130正在等待排期。我的配偶在美国工作，等到我的排期到了，我人不在美国还能递交I485最终获得绿卡吗？

-Yes. Ask your spouse to file I-824 to ask USCIS to send the approved I-130 to NVC for you to apply for the immigration visa in China if your spouse did not choose/click the consular processing in the I-130.
