我可以在visa expiration date 那一天进入美国吗？

去年回去签的multiple entry visa (H1), 今年回去返程的时间刚好是visa expiration day (1/30/12). 请问我需要去弄新的签证吗？如果不用就太好了。 谢谢大家。
