one thing I just thought I need to clear, my hu*****and's i797 has approved. NVc has asked the whole family to prepare docs for Coming CP process and we have paid processing fee $404 for each person plus $88 for i864 processing. We are still gathering all docs at this point. Is this still consider no immigration intent when I apply TN?
-It will not affect your TN application by CP immigration visa application. Only your I-485 filing can affect your TN application.
