H1B 第四年半。想换回TD签证。会有问题吗?
-No problem for you to change your status to TD or TN. But you need TN status to work, not TD.
主要有我先生移民申请在， 不知会不会移民官认为移民而不给非移民TD签证?
-No problem. You spouse immigration application is not related to you at this point. Only if you file I-485 together with your spouse's I-485, then can you be considered to have immigration intent.
