1）在following to join申请绿卡的过程中， 海外配偶有没有可能申请探亲签证赴美做短期探访？

-Because of the immigration intent, your wife's B2 visa application may be denied. She may get the visa if she is lucky.

2）或者我太太持英国护照，原来可以免签入境90天，但是在申请了following to join绿卡后，还能不能用免签入境呢？

-Some issue as above comment. Of course, if she is lucky, she may be OK to enter US.
