teacher 8, a PERM question

sorry can't find anywhere with these answers.

in PERM job description:

1) must have one year experience in automobile industry

2) must have below java certificates (... ...)

do you think these two requirements are too specific? Will they have problems at Labor dept?

please advice, thank you!
