question on I-797 rejection notice

First I appreciate your nice and expert's answer to my qestions.

My whole package of I-485 was retured to me 4 days ago,

due to my priority date is tomorrow. I need to resubmit my package.

(1)Do I need to include the I-797 rejection note in it? I will just resubmit the whole

old package back, they got the USCIS marks and dates on it. I will put the green note

on the top as they told, but I am not sure about this I-797 rejection note. Thanks.
