请Pijiang和其他大师指点：我们全家几年前已经拿到绿卡，但是今年四月份儿子已经18岁，今年年初在填FAFSA申请表时已经选择了到18岁同意服兵役一项，请问还要专门再在WWW.SSS.gov上做selective service Registration吗？
