我的工作签证三年延期批准了，律师收到了I-797C，可是公司却没有收到任何材料，也不知道是寄丢了还是怎么的。
可是没有I-797A，我就没有I-94，延期驾照也可能会有麻烦。
请问能请uscis再邮寄一份I-797A吗？如果可以，手续如何办理？

如果不能，我出境，再从过内签证回美，光凭I-797C可以吗？
