Enclosed please find Form I-485, Form I-131, Form I-765 and all supporting documents as listed below. My eligibility is based on the approval of my I-140 Application (category: national interest waiver; section: Indiv w/Adv Deg or Exceptional Ability in the National Interest).
朋友给我的模板是eb1a的，主要不太确定section后面的对不对，怕搞错了多此一举，我能不能不写category和section，就直接写based on approved I－140 Petition 。
