全家4口投资移民来美国,已经递交了绿卡申请但还没收到绿卡.递交了绿卡申请后,又全家一起递交I-131申请Reentry Permit.因为儿子才5岁,所以夫人就代为填表,末了在PART 8的Signature处填下了"N/A",Date和Daytime Telephone Number处啥也没填,夫人在Part 9填下了她本人的签字,Print Name,日期和电话号码,但在Firm Name and Address处什么都没填.刚收到USCIS的I-797C Notice of Action 说儿子的I-131表 "A signature is not contained in the signature block of the application or petition. A signature in the "Signature of person preparing form, if other than above" block is not a valid signature for the purpose.",因为是全家一起申请的,所以其他3人因儿子的I-131不合标准而一起被打回.请问老师:
1. 儿子的I-131表Part 8 and Part 9什么地方填错了?
-Yes, it was wrong.
2. 应该如何填?
-Part 8; you or your wife sign your child's name for him, like this:
"your son's name/by parent: you or your wife' name". Then, date it and put your home number there.
Part 9: sign it by you or your wife, depends on who prepare th form and sign the form for your son.
3. 把儿子的I-131重填后,其他3人是否就用被打回的原I-131再次申请还是也要重新填写新的I-131表?
-It does not matter. Include the rejection letter together with the corrected form so that USCIS may process your case quickly.
