H1b 明年10月份过期，如回国工作一年，在国内申请美国的工作，可行吗？
-Techicnally, yes, but practically it is very difficult for to find a job in US when you are in China, especially due to the bad economic situation in US. You had better ask your current employer or potential employer to file green card application for you and then, extend your H1 beyond the 6 year limit. Or you may change your status to other on-immigration status such as H4, F1 etc. before your H1 reaches the 6 eyar limit. Then, if an employer can file green card for you, you change yoru status back to h1 and extend it beyond the 6 year limit.
