回复：好心的老师请帮忙：TN 签证，I-140 申请中，怎么回国两个星期？

EB2申请，5月递的PERM，上个星期公司给交了I-140,同时还给了一封信说  will notify me when they receive the USCIS Receipt Notice (usually within two weeks of filing)

因为父亲病重，我订了11月19号的机票回国。看到公司的信中说：if you are currently on TN, E3 or any other status that does not allow for dual intent, please consult your Immigration Attorney for any possible consequences to this filing including travel restrictions.我是加拿大公民，现在是TN签证，到明年4月到期。我要不要申请AP才能回国？

-Do you mean you filed I-485 already? If so, you can not use TN to reenter US, but had to use AP. You may go to USCIS local office to get the emergency AP (bring the I-485 receipt and emergency evidences).

还是什么都不用做，依然用TN回来？

-No problem for you to reenter US with TN if you did not file I-485 yet. I-140 filing does not affect TN, but I-485 filing does.
