H4 parents B2 visa-Shanghai

I am pregnant and due next May, I am planning to have my parents come visit and take care of me and my newborn in next May for 3 months. Please help answer my questions if you happen to know the answers.
1. Since I don't have a job right now, is it going to affect my parents's visa application?

2. Visa application fee is RMB 830 or RMB1660 since my dad and mom are both coming?

3.Is it a good reason to tell the visa officer that my parents want to come because they will be taking care of me and their new grandson? Or just say visit and travel around the US is better?
