H1b签证还没到期，可是已经在美变成F2了，在芝加哥用原来的visa闯关的机会大否？

-If your employer still hire you, you can use the H1 visa to enter US with your H1 approval notice. But if you have no job at all, you can not use this H1 visa anymore. Otherwise, you will have big trouble.
