请问大师，我家住康州，如果第一次申请回美证，是在康州，那么2年后，我回到美国再次申请回美证的时候，能去夏威夷申请吗，在夏威夷等着打指纹，之后，留康州朋友的地址，回美证办下来，可以邮寄给我康州的朋友，然后让朋友给我邮寄中国。这样操作可以吗？
