To Teacher 8 and Pjiang: Urgent help!

Hello,
I got emails from USCIS that said both my wife's and my greencards were approved. The online status has also been updated for both of us. Thanks for your generous help.
The problem is that nothing was changed for my son. I didn't receive any emails regarding his status. His online status wasn't updated either (initial review). Could I call USCIS to make an inquiry about this? Thank you again for your help!
