PJIANG老师的意思是说，我如果申请了RP，就可以在中国呆大于1年至小于2年的时间，然后在有效期失效之前，回到美国，再重新申请一个新的RP吗？还是Renew我原来的RP？

-Renwal of RP = 重新申请一个新的RP. Do it again as you do for the first RP.

具体该如何RENEW呢？

要等多久才能批下来？

-You can leave US after you do the fingerprinting which may take one to two months after the I-131 filing.
