父母的EB2 I140在08年批准，I485在07大潮中递交，但是小孩当时在国内，签证问题没有递交I485。排期下个月current。

-The child can file his/her I-485 next month using the parent's EB2 I-140 based I-485. Because your EB2 PD will be current next month, I do not suggest you to transfer/relink the I-485 to the approved EB1 I-140 . This transfer may confuse your case. Anyway, your EB1 is not important in this case due to the EB2 PD becomes current.

另外EB1刚批准，还没有relinkI-485。这时小孩的I485（based on EB1 I140）可以递交吗？

-No.

还是要等I-485 relink以后才能递交？

-Yes.
