朋友的公婆在这边帮忙看小孩，这是第二个孩子，第一个的时候已经为了带孩子延期半年，然后在有效期内回国。然后今年第二个又过来帮忙带孩子（这次入境离上次差不多一年），现在考虑申请延期，请问这样风险大吗？
