8老师好，今天带孩子去照相，回来才发现孩子因为个子小，照片上还能看到椅子的靠背，不知道这样的照片会不会有问题。

-It may be fine for I-485 filing as long as the whole face is shown clearly because this photo is not used for green card production. If they think it does not meet the requirement, USCIS will send you RFE.
