-Up to you. All of you may not need EAD or AP, but it doesn't hurt you to have it because AP/EAD application is free.

2。EAD，AP多久批？

3。LG 经常跑国内，PD 下月Current，为保险起见，他需在美呆多久？公司Lawyer说两星期，够吗？

-Fine. He may get AP with him in case the I-485 is approved during his travel in China.

4。File 485 后，一般多久会收到Fingerprint，

-Case by case, 3 months to 6 months is normal.
